Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer 100% store credit for eligible returns. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, ensuring you feel confident shopping with us. While we do not cover shipping costs for returns, we strive to process returns quickly and efficiently, so you can get your credits and continue shopping for your favorite pieces.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• To start the return process, email us at hello@sofvshionable.com.
• For international returns, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please email us for further assistance.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept returns if the item has makeup marks, stains, or smells of perfume or body odor.
• "Last Chance" and "Black Friday" sales, as well as swimwear and accessories, are final and cannot be returned.

Credits:

• Credit must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item, and the return must be sent back to us within 14 days (30 days for international orders).
• Once your return is received, we’ll process it within 1-3 business days. Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days after processing and will appear in your account.
