Re-Wear It Over, Over, and Over Again.

We live in a day in age where according to Twitter, "once you post a picture, you can never wear it again." This is far from the truth when it comes to my closet. If I spend my hard-working money on clothes, I must continue to re-wear them until I can no longer. The average person rewears clothing only seven times before discarding it, which sounds right.

I've tested the theory and created a few helpful hacks to get the most out of your clothing.

1. Wear it out of season
If you wore that halter top during the summer, now it's winter, you can take that same halter top and layer it with your favorite sweater. Wearing clothing out of season gives people a chance to forget what you wore and the opportunity to wear it continuously.

2. Becoming a styling pro
Have you ever heard the saying, "It's not what you wear; it's how you wear it." It's true. How you style your clothing determines how people will remember what you wore. I spend my free time watching endless tutorials on how other people style their clothing.

3. Accessories are our friend
Every outfit is unique when you bring accessories into the mix. From color to type, accessories add so much personality to your outfit.

Regardless of how you choose to re-wear your clothing, the main takeaway is to be intentional about rewearing your clothing and get the use out of most out of it.
