At So.Fvshionable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we strive to ensure every piece is perfect for you, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below, you’ll find all the details about our updated return policy.

Return Timeframes:

• Full Refund: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund.
• Store Credit: Returns requested between 8-14 days of receiving your order will be eligible for store credit.
• After 14 Days: We do not accept returns for unwanted items after 14 days.

Ineligible Items for Return:
Some items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

• Special order, made-to-order, and custom products.
• Some clearance and outlet items.
• Final sale items, which are heavily discounted and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Credits Processing:
