Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

For pre-order items, shipping times will vary. You will receive an email notification once your pre-order is ready to ship.

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To begin the return process, please email us at hello@sofvshionable.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unmarked, and free of stains. If an item does not meet these criteria, we will not accept the return. Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued. If your return is denied, the item will be sent back to you.

Please note that all "Last Chance" and "Black Friday" sales are final and cannot be returned. All swimwear and accessories are also final sale.
